LIMITED WARRANTY
AMUSEMENTS INTERNATIONAL warrants its products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. with the following exclusions: Serviceable parts (e.g. upholstered components, bearings, couplers, spyder) are warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery. We shall repair or replace, at our discretion, products returned to us, or a specified representative assigned by us, products returned within the warranty period with shipping charges prepaid and which are found to be defective upon our inspection. Products subjected to misuse, negligence, accidental damage, unauthorized tampering, or used for any other purpose than is specified in the Operator's Manual will not be honored. Any other charges, costs, losses, liabilities, or expenses incurred directly or indirectly as a result of any defect in workmanship or material shall not be covered under this warranty. This warranty represents our only obligation and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied.
